Returns Policy
We stand by the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-Day Risk-Free Trial on all bedding items.
- 30-Day Risk-Free Trial: If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your bedding within 30 days for a full refund, exchange, or store credit, provided the item is in good condition and undamaged.
- Refunds for Bundled Purchases and Sheet Sets:
- Bundled Purchases: If you purchased products as part of a bundle (a set of two or more items at a combined price) and wish to return only some items, your refund will be a proportional amount of the total bundle price. This proportion will be calculated by dividing the bundle price evenly or based on the disclosed individual values of the items. For example, returning one item from a $300 bundle of three equally priced bedsheets will result in a $100 refund, provided the returned item is in its original, undamaged condition and returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Sheet Sets: Please note that for fitted sheet sets (e.g., a fitted sheet and pillowcases) and complete sheet sets (e.g., a flat sheet, a fitted sheet, and pillowcases), we only accept returns of the complete set. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for individual items within a sheet set.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your bedding for a different size or style within the 30-day trial period, please contact us to arrange this. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Return Process:
- Contact Us: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@oranique.com.au. Please provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
- Return Shipping: We will provide you with instructions and a prepaid shipping label (if applicable) for the return. The return shipping method and carrier will be determined by us.
- Send the Item Back: Carefully package the item(s) and send them back to us following the provided instructions and using the specified carrier.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.
Important Notes Regarding Returns
- Returned items for change of mind under our 30-day risk-free trial must be in good condition and undamaged. This means they should be clean, unused, and in their original packaging where reasonably possible.
- In line with our sustainability commitment, undamaged returned items will be donated to charitable organizations.
- Bonus items or free gifts included with a bundle must also be returned if the full bundle is returned for a refund. Failure to return these may result in the retail value of the gift being deducted from your refund.
- Important: For items that are faulty, not of acceptable quality, or otherwise do not meet the requirements of the Australian Consumer Law, your rights under the ACL apply. These rights are separate from our 30-day risk-free trial and include remedies such as repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue. The requirement for the item to be in "good condition and undamaged" does not apply to returns due to a breach of these consumer guarantees.
Consumer Guarantees under Australian Consumer Law
Our returns and exchanges policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which provides guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
